Der Sammlungsinhaber ist sich der Risiken der aktuellen Covid-19 Pandemie in vollem Umfang bewusst und informiert sich seither  regelmäßig über die Entwicklungen im Inland und Ausland. Er handelt nach den Emp-fehlungen der WHO und empfiehlt aufgrund der aktuellen Situation und zum Schutz von Personen geplante Ausstellungsprojekte auf einen späteren Zeitpunkt zu verschieben. Nichtsdestotrotz ist der Umgang mit dem Virus und die Regelungen in den Ländern unterschiedlich und es gelten oftmals vor-rangig nationale  Bestimmungen. 

Die Verantwortung einer Realisierung liegt damit einzig und allein bei den lokal an-sässigen Veranstaltern, wozu der Samm-lungsinhaber nicht zählt. Er hat folglich  kei-nen Einfluss auf lokal getroffene Entschei-dungen zu Kulturveranstaltungen und er handelt ausschliesslich im Rahmen seiner vertraglichen Verpflichtungen als Leihgeber und Kurator nach größtmöglicher Sorgfalt.

The collection owner is fully aware of the risks of the current Covid-19 pandemic and has been regularly informed about developments in Germany and abroad since the beginning. He acts according to the recommendations of the WHO and, due to the current situation and to protect people, recommends postponing planned exhibition projects to a later date. Nonetheless, the way the virus is handled and the rules vary from country to country, and national and international regulations often apply. The responsibility in the context of an exhibition realization lies solely with the local organizers, which does not include the collection owner. The collector has no influence on decisions made locally regarding cultural events and he acts only in the context of his contractual obligations as lender and curator with the greatest possible care.
